I think Papa Razzo is the best italian restaurant in stockton, better than joe. Regatonis either. joe's staff is not nice and expensive. i think the people coming for 'Name' not the service and not the resonable price, actually the food over there is normal. Papa razzo offer the happy hour much more 'wow' than all of other restaurant around that area. also, the staff are very nice, the food is fantastic, the view from the restaurant is really nice, very romantic. and finally, the price is really really resonable. i prefer PAPA RAZZO (next to moby grape) to the other italian restaurant totally agree with the writer, al forno is doing 2.95 for lunch, but it is only
